Take It From Me @emmaontheradio

Previously featured on two of Australia’s biggest podcast networks, Take It From Me is proud to share important conversations on emotional abuse with a national and global audience — featuring leading voices from around the world.

Statics suggest you would know someone who is going through it, even if they aren’t aware themselves…

An independently produced, not-for-profit podcast series, Emma’s Take It From Me conversations feature experts in the field, offering rare insight into a topic still widely misunderstood — narcissistic emotional abuse.

One of the hardest forms of abuse to recognise, emotional abuse appears across all areas of society: romantic relationships, family dynamics, friendships and even the workplace. Awareness is crucial, and statistics suggest you likely know someone who has experienced it — whether they recognise it or not.

The podcast also shares powerful firsthand accounts from everyday people who have lived through this trauma and reclaimed their lives, now using their experiences to help others on their healing journey.
